Why I'm doing this
A note from me.
Why the project is opening to co-owners, and why the waitlist comes first.

For years, people have watched these projects go up — the sites in Bali, the land on Lake Muhazi, the spa — and asked how they could be part of it. With a resort, the honest answer finally changes: instead of lending to the business, you can own a fraction of the asset itself.
Muhazi Escape sits on 9,051 sqm of lake frontage. Rather than selling whole villas to a handful of buyers, we're structuring it so that many people can each own a share — of a villa, an aparthotel room, or the wellness centre — from five thousand dollars. You share in the rental income and the long-term value of a real, physical asset.
The project is still in design, and that's deliberate: the people on this waitlist will see the masterplan, the unit layouts and the ownership structure before they're public, and will get first choice of allocations. I'll say the unglamorous part too — this is a development in an emerging market, with real risk. Everything here is written to help you decide honestly, not to rush you.
